Job Title: Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic

Join Central Spring Inc. as a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic and take on the challenge of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing issues using computerized testing equipment, and performing repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including welding and adjusting equipment
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 to 44 hours per week
Work Environment:

As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to dust, heat, and noise. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
