Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Tim Hortons Whitehorse.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Meet sales and customer service targets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a high volume of customers. The physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
