We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Consultant to join our team at Brockton and Area Family Health Team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice to senior managers and officials, maintaining and updating health information databases, and compiling and analyzing statistical information from private and public healthcare institutions.

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, healthcare plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in health administration, with a strong understanding of program administration or operations management. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing health and wellness projects or programs, conducting evaluations and assessments, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
