Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.
This is a permanent position with 30-35 hours per week. The work language is English.
