Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise junior staff members as needed
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
  • Strong background in baking and pastry arts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
