Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Draw up production schedules and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a baking or food production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
