Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Assist project leads in building project management plans, selecting and prioritizing initiatives, and preparing project dashboards to communicate progress and resolve issues.
- Project Governance: Support project leads in clarifying project charters, adapting project governance, managing project interdependencies, and presenting projects to various committees.
- Resource Management: Help the team plan resource requirements and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project leads, team members, and management.
- Decision Support: Carry out preliminary assessments to support organizational decision-making.
