Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project leads in building project management plans and supporting the project management methodology.
  • Support the selection and prioritization of initiatives and prepare project dashboards for management.
  • Prepare capital expenditure forecasts with managers and ensure projects are completed in accordance with strategic objectives.
  • Help the team plan resource requirements and support project leads in clarifying project charters, adapting project governance, and managing project interdependencies.
  • Present projects to various committees and prepare and present project updates at different stages.
  • Carry out preliminary assessments to inform organizational decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in project management.
  • Recognized certification in project management is an asset.
  • Experience managing logistics projects is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of business, operational, and corporate processes.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English on a daily basis.
