About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Aseer Time Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our food service operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Labour Cost Management: Monitor and control labour costs to ensure they are in line with our budget and business objectives.
  • Staff Performance Management: Supervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department on a daily basis.
  • Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and hire new staff members as needed and develop schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patrons and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Recruitment and Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who are displaced by conflict or natural disaster, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our food service department.
Support for Youths and Mature Workers
  • Awareness Training: Provide awareness training to our staff to create a welcoming work environment for youth and mature workers.
