We are a leading construction solutions provider seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.

Job Description
  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote or office-based (to be discussed during the interview process)
Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  2. Talent Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional results
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services, ensuring in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making informed decisions to drive sales performance
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
