Financial Director

The Director of Corporate Finance and Accounting will oversee the financial performance of the global Business Aviation Training (BAT), Helicopter Aviation Training (HAT), and maintenance training (Mx) segments. This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide accurate financial assessments and support to the Business Leaders in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly management accounts and associated reports accurately and on time
- Oversee all business cases across BAT/HAT/Mx business
- Contribute to strategic planning and development of Business Units
- Review and produce regular financial forecasts
- Support the business in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage the company's finance department budget and other finance-related costs effectively
- Manage and coach a dedicated finance team
- Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in finance or accounting with Accounting recognized designation (CPA)
- Fifteen to twenty years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record and past experience in leading finance organizations as controller and/or Director
- Good working knowledge of the simulation-based business and dynamics is an asset
