Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Assistant to join our team at Sonia Sanghera. As a Childcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, ensuring their physical and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty.
