Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness, Global Transaction Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness, to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop customized sales solutions.
- Lead the creation and delivery of sales enablement programs, including training, coaching, and content development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product experts, and clients.
- Provide strategic input and guidance on sales pitches, RFP responses, and client-facing materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or equivalent fields.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, sales processes, and sales metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
