Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness, Global Transaction Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales enablement and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop customized sales solutions.
- Provide sales enablement and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
