Job Description
A regular day as a Credit and Loan Consultant includes:
- Supporting customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide top-notch service.
- Evaluating loan applications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Detailed and organized, following credit policy rules to consistently meet risk parameters.
- Gathering loan information and selling loan and protection products.
- Closing loans virtually and in person, while following up on past due customer accounts.
