We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Process Specialist to join our team at Biscuits Leclerc Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for executing process improvement projects and supporting process leaders in advancing their various projects.
About the RoleThe Continuous Improvement Process Specialist will report directly to the Plant Manager and will play a key role in ensuring that knowledge is recorded and used to improve processes across all departments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate process improvement projects linked to the plant's strategic plan.
- Support process leader specialists in project implementation.
- Facilitate workshops using a DMAIC project management approach.
- Manage changes brought about by new methods.
- Bachelor's degree in food science/engineering, chemical engineering or combined equivalence with relevant experience.
- Over 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Interest in and ability in management.
- Relevant experience with various 'Lean' approaches.
- Communicates effectively in 2 languages: French and English (spoken and written).
- Available to cover different shifts as needed.
- Available for occasional travel.
