Senior Project Engineering Manager

Jubilant HollisterStier SENC, a leading international pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineering Manager to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of process specialists in the design, start-up, and qualification of new installations in formulation, aseptic filling, freeze-drying, and clean utilities.
  • Manage staff and assign tasks to process specialists and technical personnel.
  • Develop and implement design solutions and processes.
  • Oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
  • Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Communicate technical information to stakeholders.
  • Ensure processes and equipment meet quality and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • BS in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) required.
  • 5-10 years' relevant work experience in pharma.
  • 3-5 years in project management experience.
  • Master's degree in engineering or MBA a plus.
  • Ability to establish and adhere to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in presentation software and project management tools.
  • Experience in computer-aided design platforms a plus.
