Job Description: LG Home Electronics Specialist

As an LG Home Electronics Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things LG, providing knowledgeable guidance and support to customers seeking cutting-edge home electronics solutions. You will play a vital role in showcasing the latest televisions and audio systems, generating excitement and driving product awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Promote the full range of LG home electronics products, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Demonstrate products in an engaging and informative manner, showcasing their capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with the store sales team and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest LG technology and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with your local field sales trainer, providing regular updates on store activities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for technology.
  • Experience setting goals, tracking progress, and achieving sales targets.
