Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with consumers as the first point of contact to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Promote the range of home electronics products to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate products to drive excitement and awareness among customers.
  • Work in partnership with the store sales team and leadership team to build strong relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology in televisions and home audio to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet with your local field sales trainer to discuss sales strategies and stay informed of company initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in consumer electronics is preferred, but not required.
  • Prior retail leadership experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Full-time availability each week, including weekends and evenings.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with technology and electronics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move around the store as needed.
