We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team of engaged, caring, and intelligent professionals. As a specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automating the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring safe and efficient release of software updates.

The Role

  1. Implementing and Managing CI/CD Pipelines: You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines using advanced DevOps/SRE concepts, methodologies, and best practices to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  2. Collaboration with Development Teams: You will work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code changes into the pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Practices: You will implement and maintain IaC practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage infrastructure changes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  4. Automating Infrastructure Provisioning and Configuration: You will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration to support scalability and reliability, using container orchestration technologies like Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
  5. Container Deployments and Monitoring: You will orchestrate container deployments using Kubernetes and Docker Compose, and other relevant technologies, ensuring reliability and availability of services.
  6. Predictive Maintenance and Incident Response: You will proactively identify and mitigate potential issues, respond to incidents, and conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

A Successful Candidate Has:

  1. Bachelor's or Technical Degree: A bachelor's or technical degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  2. Extensive Experience in DevOps/Site Reliability: 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/Site Reliability role, demonstrating a track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.
  3. Advanced Knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms: Advanced knowledge of cloud computing platforms like GCP, AWS, and container orchestration technologies like Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
  4. Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
  5. Excellent Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
