Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn Charlottetown. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Payment and Departure: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
