About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Twin Boys Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to enhance our cleaning services and recommend additional services to clients.
  • Assist Cleaners with Duties: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Assist with light cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Provide Information on Facilities: Offer basic information about our facilities to clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Housekeeping room attendant certification.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
