Job Summary:

The Floor Manager will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve service quality and consistency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and suppliers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role in a premium food and beverage operation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving service quality, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
