About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BC Hardwood Floor Co.,Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
