Job Title: Dental Hygienist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at MCA Dental Group Limited.
The successful candidate will identify the dental hygiene treatment plan according to individual patient needs, ensuring that patient oral health is the focus. This includes:
- Using best practices for infection control, including while processing instruments and treatment rooms
- Medical health history screening and updates
- Conducting baseline and routine assessments, including full mouth charting, probing, and oral cancer screening
- Radiographs and impressions (as prescribed by the Dentist), intraoral photos
- Identifying conditions and oral disease such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
- Providing oral hygiene instruction, plaque control instructions, and postoperative instructions as required
- Identifying gaps in clinical schedule and assisting with scheduling, such as booking preventive recall appointments and following up with outstanding treatment plans
- Collaborating with colleagues during downtime
- Attending continuing education events from time to time
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene
- Registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- A friendly personality who works collaboratively with a team

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
