Food Service Team Lead

Are you a skilled leader looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chapman Family Holdings Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers. You will supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer:

This role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
