Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Cabot Links. This role involves coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high standards.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 40 hours per week.
