Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role with a strong focus on relationship-building and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
