Electrical Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Director to oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving projects forward, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are informed throughout each phase.
To achieve this, you will take ownership of contracts, budgets, timelines, and quality control while maintaining safety and compliance at all times.
- You will define and manage scope and risks, tackle change orders, and navigate project scope changes using a clear process.
- You will be responsible for forecasting, tracking, and managing the electrical budget for each project.
- You will ensure that electrical specifications and timelines align with overall project execution, develop, track, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

The starting salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. The salary range maximum signifies required certification(s) and full job knowledge.
Requirements:- You must have previous experience as a Red Seal Electrician supervising jobs or as an Electrical Project Manager.
- A Journeyperson Red Seal Electrician certification is required.
- You must have a strong understanding of engineered drawings, specs, and construction schedules.
- You must have excellent communication skills.
- You must be comfortable with MS Office 365 and familiar with HH2, Paperless, and Procore.
