About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Field Intern - Operations. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in daily facility operations, including machine maintenance and inventory management
  • Coordinating logistics for product delivery and application
  • Upholding safety standards and participating in regular safety meetings
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our growers and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
  • Executing our culture of care and complying with all Nutrien Ag Solutions' and industry regulatory and EH&S standards

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with a strong passion for agriculture and a desire to learn. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year higher education degree program in Agriculture or a related field
  • To have a graduation date of December 2024 or later
  • To possess a valid Canadian driver's license
