Pastry Cook Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Toptable Group. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, bread, and cakes under the direction of our experienced Pastry Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, bread, and cakes to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef to design and create new pastry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Sample and taste products to ensure quality and flavor profiles meet our standards.
- Meet production deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of baking/pastry work experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
