Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Worldsource Wealth Management. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain project documentation, including business and technical requirements, specifications, and status reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the investment industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.
