Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent full-time position working approximately 32-38 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop their skills in customer service, teamwork, and time management.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as required by the manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • A valid high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
