Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Geotab Keyless team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based telematics platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# backend development and ASP.NET, with experience in PostgreSQL databases and Kubernetes cloud deployments. You will be working on a highly collaborative team to support the central Geotab Keyless vehicle access system, mobile device SDKs for integrations, and front-end utilities for client access.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining scalability of components utilizing PostgreSQL databases and Kubernetes cloud deployments
  • Ensuring high-quality test coverage
  • Making code changes to the platform with a mindset aware of the risks when modifying mission-critical components
  • Providing assistance to our support staff and resellers from a technical perspective
  • Researching new language features, frameworks, and other relevant technologies and offering recommendations
