Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at INDUSTRIOS Software Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages, including C#, Visual Basic, and Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and are scalable for future growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop technical specifications and plans.
  • Research and evaluate new software technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on design patterns, architecture, and testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and API development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Docker.
