Enterprise Mobility: A Path to Leadership
We're currently seeking motivated individuals for our Management Training program. Based out of one of our neighborhood branches, you'll start learning our business from day one while serving as both the face of Enterprise and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment where you can establish relationships essential to building your own business.
We'll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you'll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Our culture of friendly competition is critical to growing our business—and your success.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- Mastering the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch
- Cultivating new business and developing your team
- Establishing relationships essential to building your own business
Key Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a 2-year Diploma or 4-year bachelor's degree
- Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, leadership, or customer service
- Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
Estimated Salary Range: CAD $55,011.00 per year
