Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports, including T4 statements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
