Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at TECHINI SYSTEMS INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees and customers, resolving hardware and software issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain our computer networks, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of our organization.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches, to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our IT systems, including network diagrams, user manuals, and technical guides.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in network administration, system maintenance, and technical support.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and software applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
