Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 10275093 CANADA INCORPORATED. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
