About the Role

Cameleon RH is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present operating plant results, financial information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and maintain detailed product costing information.
  • Financial Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams on product pricing, costing, and margins, and implement and follow financial/operations KPIs and strategic analysis to support plant leadership in their decisions.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and manage internal controls with respect to financial policies, processes, and procedures, and collaborate with corporate finance on the year-end audit and preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Forecasting: Prepare the plant forecast, analyze any discrepancies, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare plant financial statements and ensure that all reporting requirements are met.
  • Purchase Orders and Invoices: Assign and authorize purchase orders and invoices with plant manager.
  • Capital Project Evaluations: Conduct capital project evaluations using appropriate financial KPIs.
Requirements
  • Education: CPA professional accounting designation and related bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting and financial management.
  • Skills: Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing accounting and financial management, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, with advanced MS Excel, and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Leadership: Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, lead people through change, and provide strategic financial guidance to plant leadership.
