Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Walser Contracting Ltd. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.
- Certifications: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) required.
- Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining accurate records, including accident or incident reports, bills of lading, and inspection reports.
- Equipment: Proficient in operating tractor-trailer combinations and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
- Security and Safety: Possess a clean driving record and pass a drug test.
- Transportation: Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, with regular overtime required.
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
