Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.

  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.

  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and empowering them to take control of their well-being.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to facility policies and BC health regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)

  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care is essential for success in this role.

Salary: $84 per hour
