About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team at T&R Brar farm Ltd. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Clean the crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Farm Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for the market.
  • Disease Detection: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced agricultural environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess strong attention to detail, judgment, and organizational skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
