Farm Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team at Harman Sidhu Orchards. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.
Key Responsibilities- Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Planting and Irrigation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Seed Management: Perform seed cutting and tie and secure plants to promote healthy growth.
- Weeding and Harvesting: Weed and harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
