About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve desired outcomes.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working approximately 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding setting.
