Construction Project Manager

As a key member of the Apple Hotel Group team, the Construction General Manager will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our construction projects. This role requires a strong leader who can allocate resources, establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate policies and programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure effective project delivery
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language required
