Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare bids and proposals for clients
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities with project teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage and supervise construction workers and projects
  • Prepare production and other reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced construction environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
