Responsibilities
  • Lead decarbonization and energy efficiency projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage bids and proposals for low-carbon building design and retrofit projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice on sustainable building design and operations.
  • Manage client expectations and organizational change, growing your client network to generate intelligence and leads.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as LEED and WELL.
  • Provide training and skills development within the team on projects, promoting creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in energy efficiency, low-carbon, and sustainability consulting or research.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building service systems, low-carbon strategies, and sustainable development frameworks.
  • Professional designations such as CEM, LEED AP, or WELL AP are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients of all types.
