Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of construction projects and providing technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site reviews of residential construction projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.
- Evaluate the quality of construction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to builders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with our claims department to provide technical expertise and support during the claims process.
- Travel to construction sites within the regional area to conduct site reviews and inspections.
- 5 years of experience in residential construction industry.
- 1-3 years of home warranty related experience would be an asset.
- Canadian Home Inspector certificate from an accredited institution would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction procedures, methods, techniques, and building codes.
- Tech savvy - ability to learn inspection related software and use of Microsoft office products.
- A strong knowledge of provincial work safe requirements.
- The ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing is mandatory.
- A competitive salary range of $57,000.00 to $62,000.00.
