Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Role

Nrisolutions is a leading global distributor of industrial parts, and we're looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying and reporting defects. You will also be responsible for creating and managing automation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test plans and test cases
  • Execute test cases and identify and report defects
  • Create and manage automation infrastructure
  • Review technical requirements to provide feedback on test specifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of software development experience. Proven work experience in software quality assurance, experience in setting up and maintaining test/automation infrastructure, and demonstrated experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases are also required.
